1. Money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 15 days of your purchase.
2. How refunds are handled
Because Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record, Paddle processes all payments and refunds. To request a refund, email us at bigbearbayoumi@gmail.com or contact Paddle directly through the receipt you received after purchase. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
3. Subscriptions
You can cancel a recurring membership at any time to stop future charges. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
4. EU/UK customers
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days — unless you agreed to immediate access and waived that right at checkout, in which case the 15-day guarantee above applies.
